Mobiteq Payments is looking for a dedicated and professional Client Coordinator to manage client relationships, handle communication, and ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with clients regarding services and support requirements
Handle client queries via call, email, and WhatsApp
Maintain regular follow-ups with existing clients
Coordinate between clients and internal departments
Prepare reports and maintain client records
Ensure timely resolution of client concerns
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
Basic computer and MS Office knowledge
Strong coordination and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Graduate preferred
