Job Description

Job Title: Telesales Executive – Bike Sales

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote bike products

Explain bike features, pricing, and offers clearly to customers

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable bike models

Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales

Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer details

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

Coordinate with the sales and operations team for order processing
