We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team at India's first Try and Buy Electronic Superstore. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Communication:
● Make outbound calls to customers to confirm and book demo appointments.
● Engage and follow up with customers via WhatsApp to share product/demo information and finalize bookings.
Demo Coordination & Allocation:
● Allocate demos to field demo specialists based on their geographical zones.
● Monitor demo schedules and ensure efficient resource utilization.
Inbound Query Handling:
● Manage incoming WhatsApp messages, emails, and calls from customers.
● Provide timely, clear, and helpful responses to address customer needs.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0.5 - 6 years of experience. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
