Job Description

Job Title: Customer Success Associate
Location: Kharadi, Pune (Work from Office)
Department: Insurance – Health, Motor & Life (Domestic Process)

Salary:

Freshers: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 CTC
Experienced (6 months–1 year insurance/sales): Up to ₹31,000 CTC

Eligibility:

Graduate (any discipline)
Age: 18–30 years
Excellent English & Hindi (mandatory)
Regional language (Tamil/Telugu/Kannada/Malayalam/Oriya/Assamese) preferred for freshers
Comfortable in target-driven sales role

Responsibilities:

Outbound voice process (insurance sales)
Call potential customers & suggest suitable insurance plans
Explain product features, pricing & benefits
Achieve sales targets & maintain CRM follow-ups

Shifts:

Male: Rotational (24×7)
Female: Day shift (till 8 PM)
6 days working

Interview Process: HR → Versant Level 6 → Written → Ops → Client

Note: No cab or travel allowance provided.
