Job Responsibilities
Handle tele-sales and voice-sales activities.
Interact with customers and communicate product/service information effectively.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Achieve assigned sales and performance targets.
Maintain a customer-focused and professional approach during all interactions.
Candidate Requirements
Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
Good listening and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused and courteous attitude.
Willingness to learn and work in a target-driven environment.
Ability to handle pressure and take on new challenges.
Candidates must be comfortable working from the Mangalore office.
