Customer Sales Executive

JOB DUTIES-:

1. Customer Service:

Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly.

Provide detailed information about products and services.

Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while assisting customers.

2. Sales and Promotions:

Achieve sales targets set by the management.

Inform customers about ongoing discounts and promotional offers.

Upsell and cross-sell products to boost sales (e.g., recommending complementary items).

3. Stock Management:

Regularly restock shelves and ensure products are displayed correctly.

Report out-of-stock items to the management.

Monitor product expiry dates and ensure quality standards are met.

4-Maintain Shelf Talker

5. Cleanliness and Maintenance:

Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Ensure proper placement and hygiene of products.

6. Feedback Collection:

Gather feedback from customers to understand their preferences.

Report customer suggestions and complaints to management for improvement.

7. Team Collaboration:

Coordinate with the sales team and management for smooth operations.

Prepare and share daily sales reports with the management.
