Job Description

Job Title: Customer Sales Executive – Domestic BPO

Job Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai

Job Description:

We are hiring enthusiastic candidates for a Domestic BPO Cross-Sell Process for IDFC Bank. Candidates will be responsible for contacting existing customers and promoting additional banking products.

Process: IDFC Bank – Cross Sell (Outbound)

Responsibilities:

• Call existing bank customers and explain banking products

• Promote and cross-sell relevant financial services

• Maintain good communication with customers

• Achieve daily call and sales targets

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: HSC Pass or Graduate

• Experience: Fresher or Minimum 6 months BPO experience

• Basic communication skills in English/Hindi

• Basic computer knowledge

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹24,000 In-hand

Shift: Day Shift

Week Off: Sunday

Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai
