Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to insurance products.

• Explain policy benefits and assist customers with queries.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

• Support sales by converting leads into policy sales.

• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and service quality.

Key Skills:

• Excellent communication in English & Malayalam.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Good convincing and negotiation skills.
