Customer Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.

• Contact existing and potential customers to generate business leads.

• Understand customer requirements and provide information about products and services.

• Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, quotations and orders.

• Maintain customer details and call records in the company's system.

• Coordinate with the Sales, Dispatch and Accounts teams whenever required.

• Resolve basic customer queries and complaints in a timely manner.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

• Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

• Prepare and share daily call reports with the concerned manager.

Candidate Requirements

Qualification: Graduate preferred (12th Pass candidates with relevant experience may also apply)

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Calling, Telecalling, Customer Support or Sales Support preferred. Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

Skills Required

• communication skills in Hindi and English.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.

• Good customer-handling and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to convince and communicate effectively with customers.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Experience in the automobile, spare parts or earthmoving equipment industry will be an added advantage.
