Role Summary
Handle client servicing end-to-end—convert inbound leads, understand requirements, coordinate execution with internal teams, and drive repeat business.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads and identify new opportunities
Convert inbound leads and support business growth
Understand client needs and recommend solutions
Coordinate internally to ensure timely, accurate execution
Own client communication, satisfaction, and retention
Work towards assigned sales targets
Requirements
Strong command over English (spoken and written)
Keen to learn; comfortable with new tools and processes
Ownership mindset, problem-solving ability, and strong follow-through
Experience in sales support/business development (lead handling + conversion)
