Role Overview:

We are looking for a female Client Relationship Executive who will be the first point of contact for our potential clients. Even if you don’t have prior experience, if you have great communication skills, a friendly personality, and the ability to build trust with people, you’re the right fit for us.

Key Responsibilities:

Call and connect with new leads provided by the company

Understand client requirements and share suitable quotations/packages

Build rapport and long-term relationships with clients

Follow up and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings

Maintain records of client interactions and follow-up activities

What We’re Looking For:

Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi & English

Friendly, confident, and persuasive personality

Ability to build relationships and gain client trust quickly

Self-motivated and target-oriented

Basic knowledge of MS Office / WhatsApp / Email

Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus (but not required)
