Role Overview
We are looking for dynamic and result-driven Sales Executives who can engage customers, understand their needs, and convert walk-ins into happy buyers while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Attend walk-in customers and explain product features confidently
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Upsell and cross-sell products across categories
Maintain strong product knowledge across brands
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Coordinate with billing and warehouse team for smooth order processing
Ensure showroom display is presentable and organized
Required Skills
Strong communication and convincing skills
Basic knowledge of electronics & home appliances preferred
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Good negotiation skills
Positive attitude and team player
Eligibility
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
6 months –3 years of retail sales experience (electronics/furniture preferred)
