Customer Sales Executive

We are looking for female fun consultant for our kids retail store named Bubbles Toys

The job responsibilities consist of

Customer Service & Sales

• Greet every customer warmly and assist them in finding products.

• Explain ongoing offers (e.g., “Buy 3 Get 2 Free”) and upsell/cross-sell items.

• Encourage trial/experience for toys to build excitement for kids.

• Handle billing and ensure smooth checkout.

• Take feedback from customers and share with management.

Store Upkeep & Merchandising

• Keep shelves neat, well-stocked, and categorized (toys, stationery, baby products).

• Highlight offers with shelf-talkers, POP materials, and product displays.

• Ensure products near expiry or damaged are flagged.

• Assist in decorating store for promotions/festivals.

Inventory Support

• Assist in daily stock counts and inform if items are low.

• Report fast-moving products and slow-moving items.

• Help unpack, tag, and arrange new arrivals.

Discipline & Professionalism

• Report to duty on time (maintain punctuality and attendance).

• Inform management in advance for leaves/emergencies.

• Dress neatly and maintain hygiene as this is a kids-oriented store.

• Follow all store policies (discounts, cash handling, no unauthorized leaves).

Promotion & Customer Engagement

• Inform walk-in customers about store Instagram & offers.

• Motivate parents to follow Bubbles’ page for updates.

• Support in recording reels/short videos if needed (optional, if comfortable).

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
