Job Description – Sales Coordinator (UPVC Division)
Location: Attibele, Bangalore
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our UPVC Doors & Windows division. The candidate will handle sales coordination, quotation preparation, customer enquiries, and order follow-ups to ensure smooth sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with the sales team and customers regarding enquiries and orders.
Prepare and send quotations and sales proposals.
Handle customer enquiries through phone calls and emails.
Maintain customer databases, quotation records, and sales reports using MS Excel.
Prepare sales documents and correspondence using MS Word.
Follow up on quotations and pending orders.
Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and delivery updates.
Provide administrative support to the sales team and ensure timely customer communication.
Requirements
Experience in sales coordination or a similar role is preferred.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, email communication, and quotation preparation.
Kannada is mandatory. Tamil and Hindi are added advantages.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Experience in UPVC doors and windows, construction materials, or related industries will be an added advantage.
Immediate joiners preferred.
