We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to join our team at at Vin Poly Technologies Private Limited. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
To coordinate with the Sales team and the Branches for Inventory requirements.
To prepare a checklist of the requirements for Execution of orders and share with Management.
Coordinate with the production Team in line of Instructions for dispatch of the material.
Prepare Proforma Invoices, Vendor registration with accurate details for records, Dispatch, order processing etc.
Updating the clients regarding the status of consignments from time to time in case of changes and amendments.
Coordinating with the dispatch department to ensure timely delivery of the orders and review outstanding status.
Preparing reports monthly, half yearly and yearly for review.
Responding to the queries of Branch and sales day to day basis for requirement and status of stock.
Coordination with vendors for urgencies related to any documentation, queries, complaints and reporting to the management.
Preparing reports as and when required by the Management for Demand/ Supply along with suggestions.
Sending daily and weekly reports.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 6+ years of experience. Applicants should have strong negotiation skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
