We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to join our team at Skyline. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibilities. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18000 - ₹20000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring smooth execution of the sales process.
Handle incoming customer calls and inquiries.
Manage and respond to IndiaMART leads.
Generate and follow up on sales leads.
Interact with customers via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Resolve customer queries and provide product information.
Manage WhatsApp Business/API conversations and ensure timely responses.
Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and follow-ups.
Maintain customer records and update lead status.
Prepare engaging presentations to highlight product benefits.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is a Graduate and 1 - 5 years of experience. Strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Lead Generation, Convincing Skills is an added advantage.
