Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM professional with experience in the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding project-related queries, bookings, and documentation.
Maintain and update project inventory records in Excel or Tally with accuracy.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain customer databases and booking records in an organized manner.
Coordinate with sales, accounts, and legal teams for smooth processing of customer documentation and payments.
Track customer payment schedules and follow up when required.
Prepare CRM reports, inventory reports, and customer status reports for management review.
Ensure proper record maintenance of agreements, bookings, and customer files.
Maintain regular communication with customers regarding project updates and documentation requirements.
Support management in post-sales customer service and relationship management.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in CRM in the real estate industry
Strong knowledge of Excel and Tally for maintaining inventory and records
Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
Ability to manage multiple customer records and reports efficiently
Preferred Skills:
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced real estate environment
Good coordination skills with internal departments
