Sales Customer Relationship Manager

As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong

relationships with existing and prospective customers/loan partners, understanding their financial

requirements, explaining suitable financial products, and managing leads through regular follow-ups to

drive conversions.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a customer-focused

approach, a positive attitude, and the ability to work towards daily and monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers/loan partners.

• Make inbound and outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial products and loan solutions.

• Explain the company’s financial products, loan processes, and related services clearly.

• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate assistance throughout the process.

• Follow up regularly with interested and potential customers.

• Maintain accurate records of customers, leads, interactions, and follow-ups.

• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth processing of customer requirements.

• Achieve daily calling, productivity, and customer engagement targets.

• Work towards monthly sales and conversion targets.

• Maintain professional, positive, and long-term relationships with customers.

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and timely resolution of customer concerns.

Candidate Requirements

• Female candidates preferred.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic English speaking ability.

• Strong customer-handling and relationship-building skills.

• Good typing and calling skills.

• Basic knowledge of computers and MS Excel.

• Quick learner with a positive attitude and growth mindset.

• Minimum 6 months of telecalling/customer relationship experience preferred.

• Experience in the finance/loan industry preferred.
