As a CRM Executive, you will be the face of customer engagement, responsible for nurturing relationships, enhancing loyalty, and driving repeat business. 🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update customer profiles using CRM software (e.g., Jewels Prime, Gati, or Zoho CRM).

• Track customer purchase history and preferences to offer personalized recommendations.

• Coordinate loyalty programs, special offers, and festive campaigns.

• Handle customer queries, feedback, and post-sale follow-ups with professionalism.

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align CRM strategies with showroom goals.

• Analyze customer data to identify trends and improve engagement.

• Maintain high standards of customer service, especially for high-value clients.

• Organize VIP events, product previews, and exclusive experiences.
