Job Summary
We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Customer Relationship Coordinator to manage customer communication, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth customer support throughout the sales and after-sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls, messages, inquiries, and follow-ups professionally.
- Maintain strong and positive relationships with existing and new customers.
- Coordinate with Sales, Service, Dispatch, Production, and Accounts teams for customer requirements.
- Track customer orders, deliveries, service requests, and pending issues.
- Regularly follow up with customers and provide timely updates.
- Record and maintain customer data, communication history, and follow-up status.
- Coordinate with the service team for complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Collect customer feedback and communicate important issues to management.
- Prepare basic reports related to customer follow-ups, complaints, and order status.
- Ensure customers receive proper support before and after the sale.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer handling and relationship management.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally in Hindi and English.
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in EV, Lithium Battery, Automobile, Energy, or Manufacturing Industry will be an advantage.
Experience
1–4 years in Customer Relationship, Customer Support, Sales Coordination, Telecalling, or a similar role.
Salary
As per experience and interview.
