Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to handle Sales After Service Support in our Electronics Retail Store. The role involves managing customer relationships, ensuring smooth coordination between sales and service teams, and delivering an excellent post-purchase experience that enhances customer satisfaction and loyalty.Key Responsibilities:Act as the single point of contact for all after-sales service queries and support.Coordinate with service centers and vendors for product repairs, replacements, or warranty claims.Maintain regular follow-up with customers to ensure service resolution and satisfaction.Record and monitor service requests, complaints, and feedback through CRM tools.Support the sales team with customer data insights and service history to drive repeat business.Handle escalations with professionalism and ensure timely problem resolution.Maintain service quality standards and assist in continuous improvement initiatives.Prepare periodic reports on customer feedback, service performance, and issue trends.Requirements:Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Business Administration / Customer Service / Electronics background).1–3 years of experience in customer relationship management or after-sales service (preferably in electronics retail).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Good understanding of CRM software and service workflow.Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.Key Skills:Customer Service | Communication | Complaint Handling | Coordination | CRM Tools | Product Knowledge | Follow-up & Reporting
