Customer Relationship Manager

We are hiring Customer Relationship Officers (CRO) to handle walk-in customers and promote telecom products. The role includes customer service, product explanation, and inside sales.

✨ Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers at the store

• Understand customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations

• Promote and explain SIM (Prepaid & Postpaid), DTH, and Broadband services

• Help customers with new connections, upgrades, and service activations

• Maintain customer records and update information in the system

• Achieve daily/weekly sales targets assigned by the team

• Ensure excellent customer experience and follow company service standards

• Coordinate with backend teams for activation/support

• Handle queries, complaints, and provide quick resolutions

• Keep the store area clean, organized, and customer-friendly

📌 Eligibility:

Qualification: Degree (any discipline)

Experience: Telecaller or Telesales preferred

Good communication skills (Telugu & basic English)

Customer handling skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
