• Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing customers, especially high-value and repeat clients

• Provide personalized service to ensure a luxurious and memorable in-store and post-sale experience

• Maintain accurate customer profiles, preferences, and special occasions in the CRM system

• Manage customer follow-ups including product inquiries, repairs, custom orders, and feedback

• Address and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally

• Collaborate with the sales team to support promotions, events, and clienteling efforts

• Plan and coordinate exclusive customer engagement events and gifting programs

• Track customer satisfaction metrics and implement improvement strategies

• Maintain deep product knowledge to assist clients with confidence and expertise

• Report regularly to management on customer trends, feedback, and retention metrics
