Position Name: Customer Relationship Management

Location: Ahmedabad

Responsibilities:

1. -Solving Insured queries related to claims and other concerns

2. -Assistance provided to Insured to apply for claims reimbursement as per applicable Terms & Conditions

3. -Grievance resolution having worked with the claims operations team;

4. -Tracking claims file and submit reports;

5. -Have periodic review meetings with corporates and brokers.
