Position: CRM Executive
Location: Bawana, Delhi
Work Timings: 9:30 am – 6:30 pm (Female) / 9:30 am – 8:00 pm (Male)
Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate (minimum 60% throughout academics) We are seeking a motivated CRM Executive to join our team. This role involves managing client calls, handling inquiries and quotations, and supporting the CRM team with order punching and follow-ups. Strong communication skills, proficiency in Google Sheets, and a professional demeanor are essential. Must be process-oriented, patient, and able to follow systems. Android smartphone required for coordination.
