Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented professional to manage equity trading operations, provide investment advisory services, and maintain strong client relationships. The candidate will be responsible for executing trades, offering market insights, acquiring new clients, and ensuring revenue generation through brokerage and cross-selling financial products.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Equity Dealing Responsibilities
Execute buy and sell orders for clients in Equity, Derivatives, Commodities, and Currency segments.
Ensure timely and accurate trade execution as per client instructions.
Monitor market trends and provide real-time updates to clients.
Maintain compliance with regulatory and company policies.
Track client portfolios and provide regular performance updates.
2. Equity Advisory Responsibilities
Provide research-based investment advice aligned with clients’ financial goals.
Recommend suitable equity and derivative strategies.
Generate trading ideas and proactively communicate market opportunities.
Support clients in portfolio rebalancing and risk management.
Achieve brokerage targets through advisory-led transactions.
3. Relationship Management Responsibilities
Acquire new clients and open Demat & Trading accounts.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
Cross-sell financial products such as Mutual Funds, IPOs, PMS, Bonds, Insurance, etc.
Handle client queries, grievances, and service-related issues efficiently.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Meet revenue, brokerage, and activation targets.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Monthly brokerage generation
New Demat & Trading account openings
Client activation ratio
Cross-selling revenue
Client retention rate
AUM (Assets Under Management) growth
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of equity markets and trading platforms.
Understanding of technical and fundamental analysis.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Target-driven and result-oriented mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced market environment.
Strong negotiation and sales skills.
Educational Qualification:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
NISM Certification preferred.
Experience Required:
1–5 years of experience in Equity Dealing / Advisory / Broking / Relationship Management.

Strong client base (added advantage).
Ability to generate independent business.
Good understanding of compliance and risk management.
Self-motivated with a professional approach.
