Mega Freight Movers Ltd. is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager to manage client relationships, address concerns, and ensure timely coordination with internal teams. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a positive team-oriented approach.
● Follow up with customers to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
● Follow up on customer outstanding payments and coordinate with the credit control department will be the main focus.
● Collaborate with internal departments to address and resolve client concerns efficiently.
● Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
● Provide timely and effective solutions to client challenges.
● Monitor account performance and generate regular reports for internal stakeholders.
● Maintain daily records of customer communications, issues, and follow-ups.
● Use MS Excel and Word for data tracking, reporting, and documentation.
● Generate & share MIS with customers
● 12th or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
● 1–3 years of experience in customer service, client relationship management, or CRM.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written).
● Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
● Ability to multitask, work independently, and be a collaborative team player.
● Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
