Customer Relationship Manager (Interior Sales)

Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru

Job Summary:
Livin Interiors is hiring a Customer Relationship Manager with 2 years of experience in interior sales. The candidate will handle client inquiries, manage showroom walk-ins, drive sales conversions, and ensure excellent customer experience from inquiry to project closure.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle leads and showroom walk-ins
Understand customer requirements and propose interior solutions
Coordinate with designers and ensure smooth client communication
Follow up and close sales
Achieve monthly sales targets
Maintain CRM records

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in interior sales (mandatory)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Target-driven and customer-focused
Good knowledge of residential interiors (modular kitchen, wardrobes, etc.)

Salary: Fixed + Performance Incentives
