Job Description:

Gupta Shuttering House is looking for a dedicated and responsible Female CRM Executive who can handle client coordination, order follow-ups, and payment tracking independently. The candidate should have experience in client handling, rental billing coordination, maintaining records, and managing customer relationships efficiently. Experience in construction, shuttering, or scaffolding industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinating with builders, contractors, and site engineers
• Handling client calls and maintaining strong relationships
• Order follow-up and dispatch coordination
• Rental billing and payment follow-ups
• Maintaining client data and updating records in Excel/system
• Resolving client complaints and site-related issues
• Coordinating with sales and warehouse team
• Preparing daily / weekly reports for management

Skills Required:

• Good communication skills (Hindi compulsory, Basic English preferred)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email)
• Basic Excel knowledge
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills
• Client handling & problem-solving ability
• Ability to work independently and responsibly

Qualification:

Graduate in any stream

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
