Developing relationships with existing and new clients - Presenting them with new products and services to enhance & maximise existing relationships.
• Liaising with the client & Projects Department to address issues with project execution.
• Liaising between the CEO / Sales & Marketing Head & the clients.
• Liaising between the client, Projects Head & Sales & Marketing Head for raising invoices, following up on receivables & collection.
• Managing all client complaints, queries & grievances and providing post-sales support.
• Obtaining feedback on service delivery from the client and identifying areas of improvement.
