Customer Relationship Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and client-focused Real Estate Relationship Manager to develop and maintain strong relationships with property buyers, investors, developers, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving client engagement, facilitating property transactions, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout the real estate process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with individual clients, corporate investors, property developers, and channel partners.

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the buying, selling, or leasing process.

• Understand client requirements and preferences to recommend suitable properties or investment opportunities.

• Provide market insights, property comparisons, and investment advice tailored to client goals.

• Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth transaction execution.

• Conduct property viewings, negotiate deals, and manage documentation and compliance processes.

• Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and actively follow up to convert prospects into clients.

• Monitor real estate trends, pricing, and market dynamics to stay informed and offer strategic guidance.

• Handle client queries, resolve concerns, and ensure a high level of satisfaction post-sale or lease.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 2 - 6 years of experience.
