
Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our retail team. As a Retail Staff member, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining store standards, and supporting sales targets while ensuring a positive shopping experience for every customer
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide product information, recommendations, and support to drive sales.
Ensure merchandise is well-stocked, neatly displayed, and accurately priced.
Handle billing, payments, and returns efficiently at the POS.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and backroom.
Achieve individual and store sales targets, upselling/cross-selling where appropriate.
Assist in stock management, including receiving, tagging, and replenishing.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising guidelines.
Handle customer complaints or escalate to the Store Manager when necessary.
Contribute to a positive team environment through cooperation and communication.
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred for some roles).
Prior experience in retail, customer service, or sales is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-first attitude with problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer and POS system knowledge.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Energetic, reliable, and a team player.
Opportunities to progress to roles such as Senior Sales Associate, Department In-charge, or Store Manager, based on performance.
