Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer relationships and maintain regular communication.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Production, and Dispatch teams.
Maintain customer records and update CRM software regularly.
Follow up on orders, payments, deliveries, and pending requirements.
Prepare daily/weekly CRM reports and customer follow-up reports.
Maintain existing customers and support customer retention.
Coordinate with customers for order status and resolve issues promptly.
Support the sales team in achieving customer service and business targets.
Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
Good follow-up and coordination skills.
Strong customer-handling ability.
Ability to work independently and with a team.
Good English and Hindi/Gujarati communication.
