Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Certifications or training in sales, customer relationship management, or insurance are advantageous.
1-3 years of experience in tele-sales, preferably in the insurance, healthcare, or financial services industry.
Prior experience in CRM-based customer engagement is a plus.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (written & verbal).
Strong sales acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to manage customer relationships effectively.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
