Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Oversee customer interactions, providing timely and effective resolutions to complaints and inquiries.

  • Maintain regular engagement to keep customers updated on new products, services, and offerings.

Strategic Sales & Growth:

  • Assist in expanding the customer base through upselling and cross-selling relevant healthcare and insurance services.

  • Conduct business reviews using CRM programs to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Analyze customer needs and preferences to tailor services and enhance overall experience.

Market Insights & Competitor Strategy:

  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities, providing strategic insights to optimize sales strategies.

  • Collaborate with managers and teams to plan and execute customer engagement strategies.

Operational & Compliance Management:

  • Ensure all customer interactions and transactions are handled with professionalism and compliance with industry standards.

  • Accurately document customer interactions within CRM systems to maintain a structured approach to client management.

Performance & Incentives:

  • Work towards achieving sales targets and performance-based incentives.

  • Provide feedback on customer trends and business opportunities to drive growth initiatives.


Qualifications & Experience

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.

  • Certifications or training in sales, customer relationship management, or insurance are advantageous.

Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in tele-sales, preferably in the insurance, healthcare, or financial services industry.

  • Prior experience in CRM-based customer engagement is a plus.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (written & verbal).

  • Strong sales acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to manage customer relationships effectively.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

  • Ability to identify customer needs and address concerns proactively.

  • Self-motivated and goal-orientated with a results-driven mindset.
