The CRM / CRE will be responsible for managing customer relationships, handling inbound and outbound calls, updating CRM/DMS records, ensuring follow-ups, and improving customer satisfaction for both sales and service operations.
Make outbound calls to new leads, walk-in customers, and online enquiries
Minimum 80–100 calls per day
Ensure lead follow-up and conversion tracking
Update all call activities, remarks, and lead status in CRM/DMS daily
Schedule test rides and coordinate with sales executives
Track hot leads and ensure timely escalation
Call validation and proper remarks are mandatory
Call service due customers, reminders, and feedback calls
Minimum 100 calls per day with 50–60 connected calls
Ensure at least 1-minute conversation duration
Handle service complaints and coordinate with service advisors
Collect post-service feedback and update CRM
Follow up on pending jobs and repeat customers
