Job Role:

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to handle customer coordination and back-office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling customer queries via email, calls, WhatsApp & Zoom

• Maintaining strong relationships with clients

• Backend office support & customer service activities

• Coordinating and resolving customer concerns efficiently

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills

• Basic computer knowledge (tech-friendly)

• Experience in customer service / CRM profile

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM / 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
