Job Title: CRM Executive – Customer Support & Service

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and extroverted female candidate to join our team as a CRM Executive at Acme Creation Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a polite, professional voice to handle customer queries and support tasks efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:

· Handle customer support and service calls/messages.

· Maintain and update customer data in Google Sheets.

· Communicate effectively with clients in Hindi and English.

· Understand basic product/service details and provide solutions.

· Coordinate with internal departments for customer follow-ups.

· Maintain polite, respectful, and helpful communication at all times.

Requirements:

· Gender: Female

· Experience: 1–2 years preferred, fresher with excellent communication may apply.

· Languages: Hindi and English (must), Gujarati (understanding preferred).

· Skills Required:

o Basic computer knowledge

o Google Sheets handling

o Good learning attitude

o Confident, clear, and polite voice

o Energetic and customer-focused mindset

· Personality: Extrovert, energetic, quick learner, good listener
