We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to manage and strengthen client relationships in the insurance and risk management sector. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, policy servicing, retention, and business growth.
The role requires excellent communication skills, relationship-building abilities, coordination with insurance companies, and strong follow-up capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients.
Handle customer queries related to insurance policies, renewals, claims, and endorsements.
Coordinate with insurance companies and internal teams for smooth policy servicing.
Ensure timely policy renewals and customer retention.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling insurance products.
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
Follow up with clients for pending documents, payments, and policy updates.
Support clients during claim processing and resolution.
Prepare client reports, renewal data, and MIS reports.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and professional service standards.
Stay updated with insurance products, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or related field.
1–5 years of experience in customer relationship management, insurance, banking, or financial services.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of insurance products and processes preferred.
Excellent follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks efficiently.
Problem-solving attitude with customer-centric approach.
