Job responsibilities-

·       Post Sales activities, backend operations of Commercial project, letter of Allotment/MOU, Transfer, Refunds, Cancellation, Collection, full & final settlements and final demand  notices.

·       Customer interaction for the sales & delayed interest grievances.

·       Interacting with the customer via phone, email and wail-in’s etc.

·       Proper use of CRM software to record all customer data and prepare the MIS report required by the management on daily basis

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
