Customer Relationship Executive

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Calling

• Make outbound calls to potential buyers and pitch ongoing real estate projects.

• Handle inbound enquiries from portals, social media, and marketing campaigns.

• Qualify leads based on budget, location preference, and buying timeline.

Project Presentation

• Explain project features, pricing, amenities, location advantages, and unit options.

• Share brochures, floor plans, payment plans, and other required details with prospects.

• Fix appointments for site visits with the sales team.

Follow-Up & Conversion

• Maintain strong follow-up to convert enquiries into walk-ins.

• Track daily call logs, lead status, and updates in CRM.

• Coordinate with sales managers for scheduled site visits and closures.

Customer Relationship

• Build rapport with clients, understand their property needs, and provide guidance.

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a smooth buyer experience.

Reporting

• Prepare daily/weekly calling reports.

• Update lead stages and feedback from site visits.
