Responsibilities:
Engage with potential customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to generate leads and drive revenue growth
Conduct needs assessments to understand customer requirements and provide personalized solutions
Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services
Build strong relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and retention

Provide exceptional customer experiences that drive conversions and meet business objectives
Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services
Stay up to date on new product releases, features, and benefits
Provide product information and support to customers as needed
Qualify leads based on customer needs, requirements, and fit
Prioritize leads based on urgency and potential revenue
Transfer qualified leads to sales teams for further follow-up and conversion
Accurately enter customer interactions, leads, and sales data into our CRM system
Provide regular reporting and insights to management on lead generation and customer interactions
