Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete post-sales CRM process from booking to possession.
Coordinate booking approvals, allotment letters, welcome emails, agreements, receipts, and customer documentation.
Maintain customer records, payment schedules, and CRM/MIS reports.
Follow up with customers for installment payments, agreements, registrations, and possession formalities.
Handle customer queries related to payments, legal, technical, registration, and home loans.
Coordinate with banks for home loan processing, documentation, project approvals, and disbursements.
Prepare demand letters, NOCs, cost breakups, tripartite agreements, and other customer/bank documents.
Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Legal, Projects, and Engineering teams to ensure timely customer support and project completion.
Manage flat modifications, pre-delivery inspections (PDI), snag closure, registration, key handover, and possession.
Generate periodic MIS reports, monitor outstanding payments, and support customer engagement throughout the customer lifecycle ETC.,
