Job Description

Payment follow-up with customers as per due schedule • Documentation follow-up and file management • Coordination with customers regarding agreements, payments, possession, etc. • Coordinate internally with Sales, Accounts, Legal, and Site teams • Maintain customer records and CRM updates regularly • Handle customer queries and provide proper support • Prepare reports related to collections and customer status • Ensure timely communication and smooth customer relationship management • Team Coordination: Required Skills: • Good communication and coordination skills • Basic knowledge of MS Excel & CRM software • Strong follow-up and multitasking ability • Experience in Real Estate CRM preferred • Professional and customer-friendly approach Experience: 1–3 Years preferred in Real Estate CRM/Profile Handling.
