We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to join our team at Vodafone Idea. This role involves acquiring new customers for Vodafone Idea (Vi) postpaid connections, driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Identifying prospects, explaining postpaid plans and benefits, and ensuring a seamless customer experience will be the key responsibilities. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18,000 - ₹24,000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential customers for Vodafone Idea (Vi) postpaid connections through lead generation.
Explain and promote Vi postpaid plans, benefits, and value-added services to customers.
Acquire new customers and achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Conduct follow-ups with prospective customers and maintain records of sales activities.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: Graduate.
Experience: 1–6 years of experience in field sales, telecom sales, direct sales, or calling.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in telecom, FMCG, BFSI, or direct sales will be an added advantage.
