Job Description:
We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Customer Engagement/Relationship Executive to join a premium jewellery brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Connect with existing and prospective customers through calls and follow-ups.
Share jewellery collections, new launches, offers and promotions with customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Encourage customers to visit the showroom and assist in generating showroom visits.
Follow up with customers and maintain regular engagement.
Understand customer requirements and provide a personalised experience.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in customer engagement, telesales, customer relationship management, retail or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
English and Hindi are required; Marathi is an added advantage.
Confident, presentable and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Experience in jewellery, premium retail or luxury brands will be an advantage.
