Key Responsibilities
Actively promote and sell DBS Bank credit card products to individuals through field visits, corporate activities, and on-ground campaigns.
Generate leads through cold calls, referrals, and marketing events.
Educate customers on product features, eligibility, benefits, and charges.
Assist customers in completing applications and ensure accurate documentation.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets set by the bank.
Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver a high standard of service.
Ensure adherence to bank policies, RBI guidelines, and compliance standards.
Coordinate with internal teams for application processing and approvals.
Provide daily/weekly sales reports to the team leader or sales manager.
Work with TeamRed Payroll for attendance, salary queries, and employment-related processes.
