Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

Salary: ₹10,000 to ₹14,000
Work Schedule:

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday (1st & 3rd Saturday Off)

• Timings: Rotational shifts – 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM / 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM

• Sunday: Fixed Off

Job Description:

Pearl Organisation is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executives (CRE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, addressing queries, and ensuring a smooth service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers via phone, email, or in-person to offer support and information

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently

• Record and track customer interactions and feedback

• Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution

• Ensure customer satisfaction and support retention efforts

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred

• 0–2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role (freshers welcome)

• Strong verbal communication skills in english

• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills

• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

• Basic computer skills and knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
