ROLE OVERVIEW

Be the bridge between our customers and operations after sales closure.
Manage CRM, payments, documentation & customer satisfaction seamlessly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

✔ Customer coordination post booking
✔ Payment schedules, demand letters & dues follow-ups
✔ Documentation & registration coordination
✔ Generate Internal Reports & MIS from Salesforce

Payment schedules & collections
Outstanding dues & ageing
Inventory status
Project & customer-wise MIS
✔ Salesforce CRM data management
✔ Handover & possession coordination
✔ Ensure excellent customer experience

SKILLS WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Real Estate Post-Sales CRM experience
Knowledge of Salesforce CRM is a Plus
Reporting & MIS expertise
Excellent communication & coordination
Detail-oriented & customer-focused
