Job Summary:

Oorjita Projects is seeking a well-spoken, enthusiastic female fresher to join as a Client Relationship Executive at our Oorjita Vedant site in Narsingi. You will be responsible for attending walk-in customers, explaining project details, and ensuring a welcoming experience for all visitors. This is a great opportunity to start a career in real estate and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and attend to all walk-in customers at the project site.

Explain project details, floor plans, pricing, and amenities to potential buyers.

Maintain a professional and pleasant customer experience at all times.

Coordinate with the sales team for client follow-ups and appointments.

Maintain records of daily customer visits and inquiries.

Provide brochures and necessary documents to customers.

Handle basic queries and redirect complex questions to the sales or management team.

Ensure the site office is well-organized and customer-ready at all times.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Female candidate, preferably residing near Narsingi or surrounding areas.

Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in customer service or front office roles.

Good communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi.

Pleasant personality and positive attitude.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel).

Willingness to learn and grow in the real estate industry.

Education:

Minimum: Bachelors degree in any field (BBA, B.Com, BA preferred).
