Job Summary
We are looking for a customer-focused Female CRM Representative with experience in automobile CRM, motor insurance sales/renewals, and workshop coordination. The candidate will be responsible for customer handling, follow-ups, insurance renewals, service coordination, and customer retention.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer relationships, inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
Conduct service reminder, post-service, and insurance renewal calls.
Generate and convert motor insurance renewal opportunities.
Coordinate vehicle service appointments and workshop updates.
Promote workshop services, AMC packages, offers, and loyalty programs.
Maintain customer records, follow-ups, and CRM reports.
Support customer engagement through WhatsApp, SMS, and email campaigns.
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in Automobile CRM/Customer Relationship Management.
Motor insurance sales & renewal experience is mandatory.
Good communication, customer-handling, and sales skills.
Knowledge of automobile service processes and CRM software.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Immediate joiners preferred.
